"Hey guys just a short note to let you know the Russelures I purchased at the fishing show worked great on the white bass in San Jacinto!
Put in at the ramp off of Hwy 59 in Humble and went west about two miles. Once I located the fish the action on your lures was fast and furious. I rigged the lure as you instructed with a split shot about 18 inches above the lure and fished with ultra light spinning rig.
I caught about thirty fish (20 were keepers). Only regret is I wish I had also purchased some of the next larger size lures, as the next trip I am planning is to Lake Fork in two weeks. Would like to see how the largemouths respond to this lure. Hope you enjoy the pics of the fish!
